Charity Ball

CIWC held it’s first Charity Ball on 15 May 2010 at the Old Chengdu Club. The event was attended by over 200 people and raised more than RMB60,000 for Handicap International so we are very happy that the night was such a success.

Recent events have included a tea tasting evening and a flower-arranging class.

Annual Christmas Bazaar
In December, we organize an International Community Christmas Bazaar.  In the tradition of holiday bazaars around the world, this is a fun family day of games for the family, entertainment, handicraft and bake sales, and of course a visit from Santa himself.  All proceeds go to a charity, chosen by the Bazaar’s Committee.
