Cookbook 2009 – Following on from the success of its first Cookbook compiled from members’ recipes, Chengdu International Women’s Club has produced a second Cookbook. The 124 recipes it contains come from all over the world but can all be made here in Chengdu using ingredients purchased locally. A new additional feature is a glossary of ingredients in Chinese pinyin and characters to get you started. The Cookbook costs RMB120 with all profits going to various local charities that CIWC supports.

Notecards – CIWC is also selling 2 sets of high quality notecards featuring beautiful images of Sichuan. These have been produced by CIWC and talented local photographer Ingrid Booz Morejohn and will be sold at the great price of RMB60 per pack of 6 cards and just RMB100 if you buy both packs (each pack contains 6 different images).
